Fader or active microphone
Choose XAir fader position monitoring or comparison of received levels across several microphones. This supports different rules for an open channel and a consistently strongest speech source.
Studio and connections / AURA
Link repetitive technical tasks to what you already do in the studio.
Triggers turns a selected studio event into a sequence of prepared actions. Opening a microphone can start transcription, while a consistently active microphone can select its corresponding vMix shot. You define what is monitored, activation conditions and commands for Playout, the mixer, video or phone. The show's technical operation can then follow the presenter's workflow.
SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES
Choose XAir fader position monitoring or comparison of received levels across several microphones. This supports different rules for an open channel and a consistently strongest speech source.
One trigger can contain up to three prepared actions with delays. The library stores named templates for insertion into rules and macros, making settings easier to reuse.
Prepare the connection and microphone-to-video-input mapping. When a selected channel meets the conditions, the rule can send a shot change according to your predefined production plan.
Available actions send a Playout command, start or end a transcription contribution, set a fader or control supported phone actions. Target services and devices must be prepared.
Thresholds, hold times and repetition limits help stabilise brief signal changes. For each trigger, separately choose whether it is enabled and allowed to start with Playout.
BUILT-IN TOOLS AND AREAS
These features belong within this module and support different stages of everyday work.
Select a source, threshold and activation duration for the presenter's microphone. Add transcription start and a camera change, then prepare a separate action for the end of the contribution. After checking, enable the rule and the same movement or event repeats the agreed procedure.
